When were you founded?

We started the company at the end of last year because we had been working on open source projects in a community for years without any financial interest,

and have now entered an area where a business is necessary for regulatory reasons.

What kind of services do you offer?

Infrastructure services and services in the field of modern decentralized future technologies.

How did you get the idea for your service?

We were looking for a way to enable community participation, not just on demand, but legally binding. Since tokenization is also very much in vogue, we searched along the lines of "it doesn't work - it doesn't exist" and then found you and gave it a chance. Regulatory and legal security were particularly important to us.

What is your vision/mission?

Our vision is to unite two worlds and, above all, to strengthen the EU as a business location. DLT technology brings so many benefits, most importantly trust and security independent of intermediaries. Perfect for the critical infrastructure sector. In addition, Web3 also indirectly improves data protection regulations, because each provider no longer receives my complete data, but only the necessary data, but the verification of the data is no longer done by each service on its own, but by a certification authority, and then you can rely on the authenticity of the data through DLT technology, and in real time.

Who is your target group?

In principle, this will be the European region, especially the DACH zone. It is also important to us that, despite the unfortunately higher costs, the infrastructure is located exactly where it will be needed in the future, and that it is efficient. We also ensure that our infrastructure is powered by green electricity.

What is your roadmap?

We are in the midst of building, but we have been gaining experience in DLT for years and are now trying to bring the whole thing to a professional level. Starting with network validation, API nodes of various kinds up to full system integrations.

What made you choose this method of raising capital?

Simply moving with the times and building trust through transparency. Our primary goal was to create direct community involvement,

and of course it only brings benefits to other investors.

What was the reaction of your investors to the launch of virtual shares?

According to the feedback from the community, your service is very structured, the handling of the KYC process and the graphical user interface was very appealing and simplified the process for both sides.

What opportunities do you see for Tokenize.it in the future?

In general, we always believe that you can only be strong together, so we have brought a partner for tokenization on board so that we can focus on the essentials.
